Brukervilkår
Disse vilkårene gjelder bruk av apper utgitt av Fonecho AS (Fonecho AS, org.nr. 923403582, Drøbakgata 1, 0463 Oslo, Norge, post@fonecho.com). Ved å laste ned eller bruke appene godtar du vilkårene.
1. Lisens
Du får en personlig, ikke-eksklusiv, ikke-overførbar og tilbakekallbar rett til å bruke appene på Apple-enheter du eier eller kontrollerer, i samsvar med App Stores bruksregler. Du kan ikke kopiere, endre, dekompilere eller videreselge appene.
2. Apples standard lisensavtale (EULA)
Apples standard lisensavtale for sluttbrukere (Licensed Application EULA) gjelder for appene, sammen med disse vilkårene. Ved motstrid gjelder Apples EULA. Apple er ikke ansvarlig for appene eller for support og vedlikehold.
3. Abonnementer og kjøp
Kjøp i appen og abonnementer håndteres av Apple via din Apple-konto. Abonnementer fornyes automatisk med mindre de sies opp minst 24 timer før periodens slutt. Du administrerer og sier opp i Innstillinger → [ditt navn] → Abonnementer. Refusjon behandles av Apple etter Apples retningslinjer. Dine rettigheter etter forbrukerlovgivningen påvirkes ikke.
4. Akseptabel bruk
Du skal ikke bruke appene i strid med lov eller på en måte som skader appene, andre brukere eller tredjeparter.
5. Immaterielle rettigheter
Alle rettigheter til appene, inkludert kode, design og varemerker, tilhører Fonecho AS eller våre lisensgivere.
6. Ansvarsfraskrivelse
Appene leveres «som de er» og «som tilgjengelig». Vi garanterer ikke at de alltid er feilfrie eller uavbrutt tilgjengelige, og innholdet utgjør ikke faglig rådgivning.
7. Ansvarsbegrensning
Så langt loven tillater, er Fonecho AS ikke ansvarlig for indirekte tap, tap av data eller følgeskader. Vårt samlede ansvar er begrenset til beløpet du har betalt for appen de siste 12 månedene. Begrensningen gjelder ikke ved forsett eller grov uaktsomhet, eller der ufravikelig forbrukerlovgivning sier noe annet.

9. Endringer
Vi kan oppdatere vilkårene. Fortsatt bruk etter en endring innebærer at du godtar de oppdaterte vilkårene.
10. Lovvalg og verneting
Vilkårene reguleres av norsk rett. Tvister avgjøres av Oslo tingrett som verneting, uten at dette begrenser forbrukeres rett til å saksøke i eget hjemland eller klage til Forbrukerrådet.

Terms of Use
These terms apply to apps published by Fonecho AS (Fonecho AS, org.nr. 923403582, Drøbakgata 1, 0463 Oslo, Norge, post@fonecho.com). By downloading or using the apps you accept these terms.
1. Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell the apps.
2. Apple's standard EULA
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the apps together with these terms. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA prevails. Apple is not responsible for the apps or their support and maintenance.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the apps unlawfully or in a way that harms the apps, other users or third parties.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the apps, including code, design and trademarks, belong to Fonecho AS or its licensors.
6. Disclaimer
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they are error-free or uninterrupted, and their content is not professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fonecho AS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months. This does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue, without limiting consumers' rights to bring claims in their country of residence.
